We were approached to specify and later supply a packaged positive displacement blower to a new dairy factory install.  

Application Details

This blower was to be used in supplying air into a biological wastewater treatment plant for the factory.  The plant follows a dissolved air floatation (DAF) unit that removes milk fat and solids and is a two-tank sequencing batch reactor (SBR), and they are removing BOD, nitrogen and suspended solids before discharging to trade waste.

• Dairy factory wastewater treatment
• Duty point: 2,500m3/hr at 9m head
• The blower will be run from a variable speed drive 
• Complete packaged solution
• Include acoustic enclosure, pressure gauges, cooling fan, flexible coupler, relief valve
